I should clarify that pg_config.h prior to 9.4 had HAVE_POSIX_SIGNALS 
but defined as
#define HAVE_POSIX_SIGNALS

verus
#define HAVE_POSIX_SIGNALS 1

which is why we get the warning on 9.4 but I don't see why we need to 
define this in slony's config.h when pg_config.h has this
