I've seen this the last week with a farily recent 8.4 HEAD on 2.0.0, so 
I guess it's PG version related.

I didn't report it as I wasn't subscribed to the ML at that time, plus I 
thought 2.0.0 was 8.3-only and not yet ready for 8.4.
