Yes, there should be no difference between upgrading from 2.0 or 2.1 to 
2.2. The thing to keep in mind is that with 2.2 the structure of the 
sl_log tables changes and that it is absolutely necessary that the 
application is stopped and all subscribers are fully caught up before 
starting the upgrade process. Outstanding backlog is not being converted 
and those updates would be lost otherwise.
