Guten Tag,

PgAdmin includes the very useful "StackBuilder" application, which will
download and install Slony-I (among many other things) for you. I don't
know what version of Slony the latest StackBuilder installs, but you'll
need to ensure that the Linux version matches - the versions of Slony
must be identical.
