There's some value in dumping it in a structured form; I could see
running tools/slonikconfdump.sh once in a while, to capture this.

BTW, with the changes to automatically wait for events, I imagine we
should take the WAIT FOR EVENT requests out of
tools/slonikconfdump.sh, no?
