I should have been more careful when I modified the website script to 
have direct navigation to multiple versions of the website to make sure 
old unversioned links still default to the current one.

pages that no longer exist in the new documentation either because of 
the reorg or for some of the functions that no longer exist still won't 
work but I don't think that is what you were complaining about.
