Hi, I'm in the process of upgrade from 1.2.20 to 1.2.21. So, in both nodes i follow these steps: - stop the slon processes - build slony from sources indicating pg_configdir (configure, make, make install) - execute the slonik command: update functions (i did this first with node 1) and when doing that i get this message: $ sh slony_admin.sh <stdin>:21: Possible unsupported PostgreSQL version 8.4, defaulting to 8.1 support just in case pg_config says: $ pg_config --version PostgreSQL 8.4.3 and the slony installed: $ slon -v slon version 1.2.21 $ slonik -v slonik version 1.2.21 so, is this something i have to worry about? more important, does slony 1.2.21 support 9.0? -- Jaime Casanova www.2ndQuadrant.com Professional PostgreSQL: Soporte y capacitación de PostgreSQL
