AIUI, you can do it like this:

* Put your DDL into a file.

* Create another script file with the EXECUTE SCRIPT command in it,
pointing to the first script (see the example at
http://www.slony.info/documentation/stmtddlscript.html).

* Submit this second script to slonik.

I haven't done it myself, but this is what I understand from scanning
the docs anyway. :-)
