You apparently dropped that table without going through EXECUTE SCRIPT. Therefore, the information Slony has about what it did to the schema is not in sync with your current schema any more. What you should do is remove the entry FOR THAT ONE TABLE from sl_table and then try the UNINSTALL NODE again.
