Hi,

First, you have to execute the dump on the master.
Second, you can use some tool like slony1_dump.sh or so.

Personnaly, I do copy the schema of my master DB in a temp DB and execute a
uninstallnode() on that temp DB, before I do a drop schema _STHG cascade.
