Fwiw, I'm seeing the exact same thing as Jeff - no (80300) in my error
message as well.

I am upgrading a Postgres 8.3.1 cluster from Slony1-1.2.13 to 1.2.14.
Slony is getting installed under a new prefix from the old install.
