I got it to work now. This is the link that Im trying now http://slony.info/adminguide/slony1-1.2.6/doc/adminguide/firstdb.html It replicates the tables that have their own primary key. But for those ones that donot have their own PK(table 'history' in the above given link) and needs a serial key to be generated by Slony, it doesnt replicate the data. Why? Also when it has to generate its own PK, does it add an extra column to the table ? For example it has added an extra_column called _Slony-I_slony_example_rowID to the master and slave database's 'history' table. Can you avoid this?
