No. Slony doesn't support this sort of thing. DDL is done via EXECUTE SCRIPT. Future versions of Slony might make this slightly less painful, but I don't think dynamic DDL is on the roadmap at the moment. (The "less painful" part comes from fixing the catalogue corruption problems.)
