Just wanted to make sure that the small issue I mentioned here:

will be addressed in 1.2.0, as apparently the problem is still in the 
latest CVS versions. It is definitely not critical, but it makes 
quite a difference in initial replication time for large databases 
with foreign keys.

I opened a bug (id 1585) yesterday should you wish to track it that way.
