I think the conclusion is twofold: 1. pgFoundry is not sustainable in the long run, because of the problems Chris raised. 2. We need something _right now_, because it's plain that gborg isn't a reasonable holding pattern any more. If it weren't for (2), we could decide on something else to replace pgFoundry, &c. But as things stand, my bet is that will take ages. In addition, there are all the people who've moved from gborg to pgfoundry: it seems sort of unfair to them to make them do _another_ move.
