OK, but is the document "Creating a sample databse with application", CVS version 1.1 still up to date? 

I have followed all instructions, got almost no errors, there is activity in the error file created with "slon T1 dbname=slonytest 2> /tmp/slon-slonytest.err 1> /tmp/slon-slonytest.out &" but no data is inserted in the remote database. I have read all the docs I could find, but I have no idea where to look...
