Hello, I'm a completly newbee... I have set up a simple test-case with slony, 2 databases on the same machine. The master-db i have dumped into the slave and then i have started the replication. The replication runs, if i insert a new record in the replicated table (master), i can see this record on the slave. Great! But, i'm confused about this message on the slave: NOTICE: truncate of "public"."foobar" succeeded 2006-10-15 09:05:31 CEST DEBUG1 remoteWorkerThread_1: disconnected from provider DB 2006-10-15 09:05:31 CEST DEBUG1 copy_set 1 done in 10.459 seconds Is the table "public"."foobar" realy truncates and then new copied from the master? Thanks for help... -- Really, I'm not out to destroy Microsoft. That will just be a completely unintentional side effect. (Linus Torvalds) "If I was god, I would recompile penguin with --enable-fly."
