I have done some further updates:
- More notes in admin guide on FORWARDING and its implications for
SUBSCRIBE SET
- I added a test that looks for trigger conflicts (e.g. - when you're
restoring triggers, and maybe had added one back by hand) and reports
that more clearly
- A change to launch_cluster.sh to accommodate the way slon processes
like to delete the .pid file at any little problem

I think we're fairly well ready to start generating release candidates. 
Barring objections (bring 'em up if you have them!), tomorrow seems a
good day to generate an RC1...
