The doc for STORE PATH still says

It does not do any harm to configure path information from every node to 
every other node (full cross product). The connections are not 
established unless they are required to actually transfer events or 
confirmations because of listen entries or data because of subscriptions.

Since storepath_int calls rebuildlistenentries unconditionally and thus 
creates additional (maybe unwanted or unneeded) listens, STORE PATH 
*does* have direct impact; seems the docs needs a fix.

If I'd take this doc serious, there were no problems with admin nodes...
