The fix to slony1_test1.sh is nicer than one that had been suggested to
me; that is committed as-is, to both 1.1_STABLE and to HEAD.

The addition of the timestamp field is something I had actually already
committed, with a difference that I used timestamptz (with timezone)
rather than just timestamp.  I think I'm happier with it *with* timezone...

Thanks for the patch submission; it's an excellent thing to see fixes
come in.
