OK...   Hungarian notation it is...

I have renamed the scripts that generate slonik scripts, prepending the
"slonik_" prefix to them.

There is one script that analyzes state, so I added the "slony_" prefix
to it.

I'll be checking in documentation changes for this momentarily.
