I think that if we're going to have this thing work, we really need to
provide a working stylesheet for this, as docbook's standard one is
clearly inadequate, and asking people to hack the system one is a
non-starter.

What all's involved?  I'm hoping it's a very slightly modified version
of docbook's, ideally one where NAMELEN is a more reasonable size :)
