We are very nearly ready to release Slony-I 1.1, and would like to
collect together a list of platforms where version 1.1 is known to work.

We do know already that it runs on a pretty goodly diverse set of OS
platforms; there are a few that we'd like to verify.

The loose list that we know about:
 - AIX 5.1
 - Solaris 9
 - FreeBSD 5.x
 - FreeBSD 4.9
 - Linux:
     RHES 3
     Debian/sid
     SuSE
 - OpenBSD

We know that Slony-I 1.1 doesn't run on Windows(tm).

We know that people have been having difficulties running PostgreSQL on
AIX 5.3, so Slony-I correspondingly can't work there yet :-(

There have been no reports concerning HP/UX, and so we cannot be certain
of its status there.

If you have successfully run the "release candidate" of Slony-I. it
would be much appreciated if we could receive a listing formatted as
below...

For instance:
