No problem - just so that everyone knows what you're talking about (Jan and Chris do already - I dunno who else they've told); Andreas Pflug, Magnus Hagander, Hiroshi Saito and myself have been tasked with porting Slony-1 to Windows, and providing full support in pgAdmin, in addition to which, I've wanted to include it in the pgInstaller release of PostgreSQL for some time now.

I've been working on the initial build environment and ducttape tests as you've seen, and Hiroshi has done some initial hacking of slon and slonik to get VC++ builds running for testing. Magnus will most likely be working on a clean port of slon given his experience of similar issues in the PostgreSQL port, whilst Andreas will handle the pgAdmin side of things.

Great. As you've probably seen from my patches there were no major issues getting the existing tests working on Msys, so hopefully you new suite will be as portable. If you need any testing etc, or any help please let me know and I'll see what I can do
