I have added a chronological set of release notes about the changes in 
1.1.

Tho line for line, Jan's changes are probably rather weightier than the 
average...

I'm looking forward to hearing xfade's report that the quoting changes 
are ready.  I will see about adding "duct tape test #10" which 
introduces some replicated tables with 'offensive' names (as far as 
quoting conventions are concerned!).
