I made them against the 1.0.5 version tarball from the gborg website (not
from CVS, if this is a difference (?)).

Did Hendrik's patch for this ever get submitted?

If not, Hendrik, would you consider forwarding a 1.0.5 patch file for this
hack?  It would be quite useful.
