I have tagged the CVS, uploaded a tarball and updated the Slony-I 
homepage. I would like to hear a few "compiles and works on platform X" 
before hitting all (the other) mailing lists.

Good idea ... I have separated out the HISTORY-1.0 file and added a link 
to it from the homepage.
