I have committed the last changes on my TODO for 1.0.3, updated the 
HISTORY file in the STABLE branch, and already uploaded the new slonik 
command reference to the website.

I would like to ask everyone to run the REL_1_0_STABLE branch through 
whatever tests they have so that we can roll a tarball this weekend.
