I have put rules into the "howto" directory Makefile that will
 - Create a database called "schemadoc"
 - Load in the "base" Slony tables and functions
 - Run postgresql-autodoc against that database, generating an
   HTML output file.

It does include a bunch of comments that I attached to
tables/functions in my "private" copy of them; I am not going to check
those changes in until I have had more opportunity to verify that I
haven't trampled on anything.  I think there's a missing quote or two,
and I don't want to propagate that.
