Update to DDL handling - when a script is specified with "EXECUTE ONLY ON"
a specific node, it should be invoked, by slonik, only on that node.

- Fixed problem with EXECUTE SCRIPT (EXECUTE ONLY ON = <node>)
- The script was being executed on too many nodes...
