Also found a missing PQclear() call.

With the attached patch I ran a 2 node slony cluster with a light (20 tps) load
but very aggressive SYNCing for 4 hours. It processed over 187,000 SYNC events
and 287,000 client transactions in that time. Assuming one sync per second,
which I consider a usual setup, this equals two days worth of replicating.

The VSS of the slon processes was 100% stable and didn't change any more after
10 minutes into the test.
