A tester on IRC (aypea[0]) has reported that slony 2.2.0 (beta 3 or 4)
has a slon process that keeps growing in memory.

He says some of his nodes have slon processes that keep using more memory and
need to be restarted but others don't.

The perftools 4 project includes a heap profiling tool.  The output after his
slon has been running a while is:
