Although it will lead to a rather cryptic and non-intuitive behavior should the information_schema.triggers view ever change the representation (it didn't since 8.3 and I didn't bother checking earlier versions). What it would tell is that all the unlocked tables have changed but it won't do anything about it. Then again any regexp implementation could behave just the same, so there is not much to gain from that.
