Under postgresql 9.1 beta x (master sometime after beta 1)

I see the following in my postgresql log

WARNING:  This node is running PostgreSQL 8.3 - cannot apply TRUNCATE triggers
CONTEXT:  SQL statement "SELECT "_slonyregress".add_truncate_triggers()"
    PL/pgSQL function "upgradeschema" line 12 at PERFORM



slonik seems to be defaulting to 8.3 behaviour when it can't recognize the
version instead of 8.4
