No you didn't do anything wrong.   The distclean rule seems to delete this file
so they don't get included in the tar files.

You can:

Install flex and bison on the system you are using to compile slony.  Your RHEL
5 cd should have packages for them.  Slony should then build

If you can't do this I can attach these files to the bug and you can manually
put them in the slony_logshipper directory.

We should fix the Makefiles before we do the next release.
