Because of the first bug, Slony executes useless NULL query (please see what happens when cs->plan_active_log == NULL, what query is executed). I had seen these NULL queries in logs, so I corrected this (added || !cs->plan_active_log), but when I had done this, the second bug (SET datestyle TO 'ISO' execution within rolled-back transaction) appeared. So, could you please review this bug report again?
