The changes in your branch related to the bug, removing the altertablerestore
look fine (and the documentation changes)

The diffs on the branch also appear to change the permissions of some of the
shell scripts, don't include that in the commit the gets merged into 2.0

(If you want to change the permissions on the scripts then do it as a seperate
unrelated commit).  Similarly don't actually change the slony release version
to 2.0.3.   Let me know if you need help in doing the merge this way.
