We thankfully have only seen this in our staging environment, so the workaround
is to destroy everything and start from scratch (master and slave). No point me
trying to drop and resubscribe as it will fail again because we are short of
disk space on that partition.

I see this regularly, and will continue to do so until the new hardware
arrives, and it fails this way every time when the disk fills.
