When I run slon_start with the --config option, it starts slon_watchdog with
the --config option, but the watchdog runs slonik_restart_node without the
--config option, so it won't work (or worse, restart something else).

It would also be nice if the watchdog put its output in a log file, so the
error messages about that don't spam the console.
